Ensuring that any contingencies, such as repairs or financing approval, are resolved before the deadlines and do not delay the transaction.

We’ll assist with the closing process, ensuring all documents are signed, filed appropriately, and DRE compliant.  

Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction, ensuring that obstacles do not delay or derail the deal.
