Hello, I’m Jennifer Pittman, a C.A.R. Certified Transaction Coordinator proudly serving the Golden State of California. My real estate journey began in 2015 at Keller Williams as an Administrative Assistant. In 2019, I transitioned to eXp Realty, where I became a Certified Transaction Coordinator.
In 2021, I founded Golden TC Services to expand my ability to support real estate agents and brokers by streamlining their transactions. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, improving efficiency and ensuring smooth, compliant processes from contract to close.
My mission is to alleviate agents’ workloads so they can focus on building client relationships and growing their business, while I handle the details that keep transactions moving forward seamlessly.
