Hello, I’m Jennifer Pittman, a C.A.R. Certified Transaction Coordinator proudly serving agents and brokers throughout California. My real estate journey began in 2015 at Keller Williams, where I worked as an Administrative Assistant. In 2019, I transitioned to eXp Realty and earned my Certified Transaction Coordinator designation, expanding my expertise in contract-to-close transaction management and listing coordination.
In 2021, I founded Golden TC Services to expand my ability to support real estate agents and brokers by streamlining their transactions. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, improving efficiency and ensuring smooth, compliant processes from contract to close.
My mission is to alleviate agents’ workloads so they can focus on building client relationships and growing their business, while I handle the details that keep transactions moving forward seamlessly.
