I'm Jennifer Pittman, Founder of Golden TC Services and a C.A.R. Certified Transaction Coordinator with more than a decade of experience supporting California real estate professionals through organized, compliant, and efficient transaction management.
My real estate career began in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant with Keller Williams, where I developed a strong foundation in real estate operations, client service, and administrative support. As my passion for transaction management grew, I transitioned into transaction coordination and, in 2019, earned my California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) Certified Transaction Coordinator designation. Since then, I've specialized in managing contract-to-close transactions, coordinating listings, ensuring compliance, managing documents, and facilitating communication among agents, escrow officers, title companies, lenders, vendors, and clients.
In 2021, I founded Golden TC Services with a simple mission: to help real estate agents and brokers streamline their business by taking the administrative burden of transaction management off their shoulders. I understand that every transaction requires precision, organization, and consistent follow-through. My role is to ensure every file stays on track, deadlines are met, documentation is complete, and clients receive a smooth, professional experience from contract through closing.
