A Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is a real estate professional who manages all the paperwork and deadlines involved in a real estate transaction.  They are trained in every step of the selling process and ensure your file is DRE compliant.

There are several ways to send the documents to us:

• Email: Simply attach the contract and all related documents to an email and send it to GoldenTCServices@gmail.com
• Document Management System: If you’re using a system like [Dotloop/Skyslope/TransactionDesk], please notify directly and share the access with us.
• Use our Start a Transaction Button:  This button can be found on the home page. Simply click and fill out the provided Transaction Cover Form with all required information. The last question will allow you to upload any fully executed documents you have to date. 

Most of the time, a Transaction Coordinator (TC) is paid through escrow. This means that their fee is typically deducted from the proceeds of the real estate transaction at the time of closing.   If needed, the agent may pay the TC directly after closing.
