Hello, I’m Jennifer Pittman, a C.A.R. certified Transaction Coordinator proudly serving the Golden State of California. My real estate journey began in 2015 at Keller Williams as an Administrative Assistant. In 2019, I transitioned to eXp Realty and became a certified Transaction Coordinator.
In 2021, I founded Golden TC Services to expand my ability to support real estate agents and brokers by streamlining their transactions. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring smooth, compliant processes every step of the way.
My mission is to alleviate agents’ workloads, allowing them to focus on building client relationships and growing their business, while I handle the complexities of seamless, efficient closings.
